The charger for my laptop died. Meaning no art for a while. Along with that, I sprained my ankle! As in an actual sprain, the kind you have to be in an air splint for a month in order to recover correctly. So getting around the house is a challege and I'm worried about gaining weight. It isn't fun.

People who use the isometric pixel art sections as a catch-all for random shit. Unless it is pixel-based art in the isometric perspective, it doesn't belong there. Sadly, the iso sections don't get cleaned out very often. So 25% of it is just random crap or people using dA as a Photobucket/Tumblr. This also strikes me as probably making isometric pixel art less appealing as an art form and graphics medium to some new to it, which is sad because it's fairly easy to learn yet challenging to those experienced in it, which is something a lot of artists look for in a medium.

So my bio dad wants to get me a new drawing pad for my birthday (since my other one broke)! I'm looking for some recommendations on brand and Here are my specifications: -100$ or lower (apparently that's like, the highest-end tablets, so whatev) -I don't actually want a wireless pen. Batteries and losing the pen all the time is annoying. -I've never used a small tablet before. I'd prefer a sorta large tablet (that's what I'm used to) but I might use a smaller one. -It should be very durable and survive daily use! I'm going to be careful with it this time (and cats currently aren't an issue...) but I'm still a little rough on my tablets
